Dirty the Bones- On Being White and Other Lies...This is a 16 minute excerpt of my hour long solo show about living, healing, dealing as a white person in a white supremacy. This work was commissioned by The Jerome Foundation and the Naked Stages Program and premiered at Intermedia Arts in Minneapolis, MN in 2006. It was also performed at The Bedlam Theater in 2008 and was accepted into the Los Angles Women's Theater Festival (2008 I was unable to attend due to a family emergency). The excerpt includes: I feel I must blow something up, Dances with Wolves-Stands With Fist, Identity Based Weekends, Racism Meditation and How we became white.
